Veganské alternativy mléka koupíte téměř v každém větším obchodě. Sójové, kokosové, oříškové nebo ovesné. Jedno mají společné – stojí poměrně dost (od 40 do 120 Kč). Chuťově mám nejradši kokosové v plechovce nebo mandlové Nemléko, obě mají ideálně hustou konzistenci (ale jsou taky dost tučná). Na pečení a přípravu dalších pokrmů si můžete vyrobit vlastní ovesné za zlomek ceny.
Domácí ovesné mléko vyjde ze všech nejlevněji.
Jak ho vyrobit?
- Vločky zalijte vodou a rozmixujte. Použít můžete klasické nebo jemně namleté (nakonec se stejně rozmixují).
- Existuje i speciální výrobník na přípravu rostlinných mlék, ale s tím zkušenost nemám.
- Veganská mléka se mimochodem musí oficiálně označovat jako „nápoj“, nikoliv jako mléko, ačkoliv se tento název běžně používá.
Chuťově řadím ovesné mléko mezi slabší, proto ho používám hlavně na pečení. Naopak do kávy nebo na zalití domácí granoly, kde chuť mléka více vynikne, raději sáhnu po jiném. Pořád je to ale jedna z nejlevnějších a nejjednodušších variant.
Doba přípravy: 5 minut
INGREDIENCE
- 200 g ovesných vloček
- 1 l vody
POSTUP
- Ovesné vločky zalijte vodou a nechte hodinu namáčet. Poté opatrně slijte, vločky dejte do mixéru a znovu zalijte litrem vody. Pokud spěcháte, můžete dát vločky rovnou do mixéru (jenom se připravte na to, že při následném vymačkávání bude směs trochu slizká). Pořádně rozmixujte.
- Mléko přeceďte přes plátýnko nebo utěrku z jemných vláken. Nahoře utěrku pevně stiskněte a mléko pořádně vymačkejte.
- Hotové mléko skladujte ve skleněné a dobře uzavřené lahvi v lednici. Doporučuji spotřebovat co nejrychleji, ale tři až čtyři dny stoprocentně vydrží.
TIP: Po rozmixování zkuste přidat půl lžičky kurkumy a pokud chcete sladkou verzi, přidejte do mixéru datle.
