- olivový olej na zakápnutí
POSTUP
- Cuketu a lilek nakrájejte na stejně velké kousky, přendejte do misky.
- Osolte a opepřete.
- Stranou smíchejte javorový sirup, vodu a lžičku hořčice. Nalijte do mísy a promíchejte s cuketou a lilkem.
- Přendejte na plech a pečte 15 minut na 180 °C.
- Upečenou zeleninu smíchejte s nakrájenými rajčaty, česnekem, bazalkou a olivovým olejem.
