Nejznámější varianta rostlinného mléka. Sójové je vhodné na pečení i do smoothie. Ne všechna kupovaná chutnají dobře a často se v nich vyskytují zahušťovadla a vysoký obsah cukru. Tohle domácí má taky dost specifickou chuť, ale jeho domácí výroba je docela zábava.
Objem: cca 1 l
INGREDIENCE
- 150 g sójových bobů
- 1, 2 l vody
- 2 lžíce rýžového (nebo jiného) sirupu
POSTUP
- Sójové boby namočte přes noc do vody, aby zdvojnásobily svůj objem.
- Pomocí rukou boby jemně třete o sebe, nežádoucí slupky se oddělí – ty vyhoďte.
- Sójové boby přeceďte, zalijte čerstvou vodou a mixujte v mixéru 5 minut.
- Přeceďte přes jemnou utěrku a mléko přelijte do hrnce.
- Přiveďte k varu, přidejte 2 lžíce sirupu a nechte lehce probublávat 20 minut.
- Na začátku sbírejte pěnu a dávejte ji stranou, na konci mléko nechte vychladnout, odstraňte případný škraloup, přelijte do skleněné a dobře těsnící lahve a skladujte v lednici, kde vydrží 5 až 7 dní.
