Lahůdkové droždí koupíte v obchodech se zdravou výživou nebo větších supermarketech. Má oříškovo-sýrovou chuť a můžete ho sypat skoro do všech slaných jídel.

Doba přípravy: 20 minut
INGREDIENCE
- těstoviny (já použila fusilli, cca 500 g v suchém stavu)
- 1/2 květáku
- 3 lžíce lahůdkového droždí
- 1/2 lžičky sušeného česneku
- 200 ml rostlinné smetany*
- sůl
- 60 g listového baby špenátu
*Smetanu buď kupte nebo udělejte podle receptu na domácí z kešu oříšků.
POSTUP
- Ve velkém hrnci přiveďte vodu k varu, přidejte lžíci soli a dejte vařit těstoviny (cca 8 minut, podle návodu na obalu).
- Květák napařte 5 minut (klidně nad vodou s těstovinami) a poté přendejte do vyšší nádoby s lahůdkovým droždím, česnekem a smetanou. Rozmixujte do hladké konzistence.
- Omáčku osolte, v případě potřeby přidejte trochu vody.
- Poté nalijte do hluboké pánve, promíchejte s listovým špenátem a na závěr přidejte těstoviny.
- Vše promíchejte a podávejte.
